Nexus Mutual has been alerted to a potential card compromise involving a third party data breach at Ticketmaster. The impact of this incident is global, and not isolated to our members. More information about the breach can be found at https://security.ticketmaster.ie/
We have identified and directly contacted members whose cards may have been compromised.

As previously notified, your compromised card will be closed and you will be automatically reissued with a replacement card. As this is a new card, with a new card number, you will also receive a new PIN. Both your new card and new PIN will be sent to your postal address on file in 3-4 working days.
Some important things to remember:
- If you believe your postal address may not be up to date with us, please contact us immediately
- If you have regular payments set up on your card, you will need to update these with vendors directly
- If you would like to change your PIN, please drop into one of our branches
We have attempted to identify and proactively contact members who may be travelling overseas as we want to ensure you are not left without access to funds.
